The Luxe Team is available to plan your event from start to finish. Budget & RSVP management, event design, vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, day of productions, and so much more.
For a complete comprehensive breakdown of all our services, please send us an inquiry. While we work off custom pricing and packages, on average, our couples spend between 10%-12% of their overall budget with us!
Social/Corporate Event Services
HOL plans more than weddings. Parties, client appreciation events, and corporate events to name a few. Any reason to celebrate, is reason enough to throw a great party!
HOL believes that an extraordinary event consists of four key elements: cohesive design (balance), a stand-out guest experience (memorable), seamless planning (organized), and personal details to the couple (unique). Every HOL event has all four elements. Ensuring our clients leave at the end of the night with memories that last a lifetime.

Inquire
Fill out our inquiry form, telling us a little more about your event. From there, we will be in touch to help you decide exactly which service package will be right for you!

Consultation
After you submit an inquiry, we will set up a time for a video call or in person consultation. During this meeting, we get into specifics about your event, answer any questions you may have, and settle on how we can best assist you!
Once a service package is chosen and all the details are ironed out, you will receive an official proposal, contract, and invoice. To secure your event date, we ask for a 25% deposit with the final payment due 30 days before your event.
